Here’s what we feel we owe to each other. It’s what we want our relationship with you to be based on. There are many things you can expect from us. And just 6 things we expect from you. If you have any concerns at all with this, we are happy to discuss what you feel would be fair.

 

I Must… 
  • I must work with you in a group coaching environment to create a customized game plan to get you crystal clear about your goals and identify how you will make your styling offers exclusive.
  • I  must hold you to a higher standard than you hold yourself, and keep you accountable to your best results.
  • I  must train you on the proven strategies to Package & Position your styling services to showcase the Style Expert you are. 
  • I  must connect you with your tribe, a high-performance, a high-support community that meets online 24/7.
  • I  must coach you twice a month so that you are confident about what your next steps need to be. 
  • I  must give you access to, the world’s most advanced training portal for creating exclusive styling offers during the duration of your membership . 
  • I must listen to you. I will be accessible and respond to your requests within 24 hours or less. 
  • I  must help you plan your marketing strategy, and work with you to make it happen.
  • I  must treat you with class and care in every interaction and work to bring out your best.
  • I must apologize if I ever let you down, and do my best to make it right.
  • I must not let you off. Because if I let you off, I let you down. 
You Must… 
  • You must be quick to implement, quick to ask for help when you need it, be participating fully and quick to share your wins and lessons.
  • You must commit to a total of your monthly payments of program fees on time and in full.
  • You must respect my IP smarts. That means you may NOT share the materials inside SCA to other fellow personal stylists/style coaches 
  • You must respect your fellow members IP smarts. That means you will not copy/mimic any materials presented amongst the group.
  • You must complain if I ever do something to upset you. This gives me an opportunity to apologize and make things right. 
  • If I ask (I don’t ask everyone), I’d like You to try and refer at least three people of your calibre. This means I spend less time looking for clients and more time helping you win.
